What You'll Do

• Greet visitors and employees in a professional manner and assist with access to the location as outlined in site‑specific policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all front desk activities, including visitor check‑ins and deliveries.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or client contacts regarding security‑related issues or emergencies.
• Follow security‑related procedures and protocols specific to financial institution environments.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and offering directions or information as needed at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements

• Level III Armed Certification for Texas is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
