Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and the public at a government transportation location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, parking areas, access points, roadways, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access control points and verify credentials as directed.
• Respond to incidents and alarms and notify appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear reports and communicate observations to leadership.
