Job summary

All Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer to protect clients across a range of industries, with a focus on safety, policy adherence, and reliable service. Mon-Fri 7am-3pm, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing paid training.

Competitive hourly pay with weekly or daily pay options, full benefits including health/dental/vision, life insurance, and a 401(k). A valid driver’s license is required for driving roles, and a background check is performed as part of the hiring

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable security experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and implement safety and security procedures, site policies, and emergency response when needed.
• Respond to incidents calmly and solve problems on the fly.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the client site and perimeter.
