Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer. You will protect clients across industries such as commercial real estate, healthcare, education and government, while delivering professional customer service.

The position offers an armed role at $23.47 per hour with ongoing training, potential advancement, and comprehensive health benefits. You will work at various client sites, following site-specific policies and clear incident response procedures.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles
• High school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Background investigation required by federal, state, and local laws
• Drug screen required where permitted by law
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; environments may vary by client site
