Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a current, valid Concealed Pistol License (CPL)
• Must pass drug screening at hire and periodically thereafter
• Criminal background check required by federal, state and local laws
• No felony convictions

Responsibilities

• Protect the site’s building, grounds, assets, employees, tenants and visitors
• Control access at entry/exit points
• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols on site
• Monitor CCTV for safety and security concerns
• Respond to emergencies and maintain client relations
