Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Armed DoD Security Clearance Patrol Driver in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves patrolling facilities, monitoring access, and providing exceptional customer service while upholding Allied Universal’s standards of integrity and service.

The position requires an active DoD Secret Clearance, Level III Armed Certification in Texas, 2+ years of security experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at an aerospace and defense location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain accurate security-related logs and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and applicable laws.
• Operate assigned equipment and carry authorized duty firearm in accordance with Allied Universal policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations.

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• At least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
