As a Security Officer Armed Clearance Required Patrol Driver in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter boundaries to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorizations, and delivery documentation in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, using authorized armed response procedures when appropriate.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• At least three years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
