Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to banking clients, employees, and visitors per site policies and emergency response procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility interiors and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry per procedures, maintaining a professional presence.
• Document observations and incidents accurately and communicate concerns to appropriate personnel.
