Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Armed Patrol Emergency Response in Cincinnati, OH to protect clients across industries, including financial institutions. You will perform routine armed patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver professional customer service and communication.

Requirements include at least 2 years of law enforcement/military/corrections experience, being 21 or older, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to banking clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, customer concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of banking facility interiors, exterior areas, parking locations, entrances, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry according to site-specific procedures, maintaining a professional presence.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and promptly, communicating concerns to appropriate personnel.
