Job summary

Allied Universal® in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced Security Officer Armed Patrol Operations to safeguard clients across financial institutions and beyond. You will perform routine armed patrols, maintain visibility to deter incidents, and respond to security concerns with professional customer service and communication.

Minimum requirements include 2 years in law enforcement or related fields, 21+ for armed roles, a high school diploma, and successful background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections.
• Armed roles require applicants to be at least 21 years old.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing as required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and suspicious activity in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and verify credentials as required.
• Complete accurate incident reports and communicate with site leadership.
