Citadel Security USA is seeking a responsible Armed Security Officer to provide scheduled security coverage at an assigned facility in Tulsa, OK. The role includes patrols, surveillance, access control, incident response, and protection of assets.

You may carry a firearm while on duty and must remain composed in high-stress situations. The ideal candidate has a CLEET Armed license, is 21+, has a valid driver's license, and can pass background screening and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Active CLEET Armed Security Guard license is required.
• Age 21 or older.

• Personal firearm required and must meet legal/company requirements for armed duty.
• Demonstrated firearm proficiency and safe-handling knowledge.
• Ability to complete background screening and onboarding.
• Ability to work independently with consistent attention to responsibilities.
• Maintain professionalism and composure in stressful or rapidly changing situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Follow post orders and procedures and lawful instructions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas by foot or vehicle.
• Monitor for unauthorized access, intrusion, damage, hazards, or unusual conditions.
• Operate CCTV, alarms, access control, and security systems.
• Control entry/exit by verifying IDs and issuing visitor credentials.
• Respond to disturbances, emergencies, and incidents per procedures.
• Take action during incidents within laws and policy.
• Apply use-of-force only when permitted and trained.
• Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency personnel as needed.
• Prepare clear, timely incident and activity reports.
• Enforce property rules and security requirements consistently.
• Remain aware of high-value assets and restricted areas.

• Saturday 6 am to 6 pm

Position Summary

Citadel Security USA is hiring a responsible and alert Armed Security Officer to provide scheduled security coverage at an assigned facility. This role involves routine patrols, surveillance monitoring, access control, incident response, and protection of designated property and assets.

The ideal candidate will be confident handling security responsibilities, comfortable carrying a firearm while on duty, and capable of remaining composed when situations require immediate attention or sound judgment.

What You Will Do

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas by foot or company-provided vehicle as directed.
• Look for signs of unauthorized access, intrusion, damage, hazards, or other unusual conditions.
• Monitor available CCTV cameras, alarms, access control systems, and other security equipment.
• Control entry and exit procedures by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials when applicable, and maintaining required logs.
• Respond to disturbances, emergencies, suspicious activity, and other incidents in accordance with established procedures.
• Take appropriate action during security incidents while remaining within applicable laws, company policies, and assignment requirements.
• Apply use-of-force procedures only when legally permitted and consistent with company policy and required training.
• Contact and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency personnel when circumstances warrant outside assistance.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and timely reports covering incidents, daily activities, unusual observations, and other required information.
• Enforce applicable property rules, post orders, company procedures, and security requirements consistently and professionally.
• Maintain awareness of designated high-value property, equipment, restricted areas, and other assets requiring protection.

Required Qualifications

• Active CLEET Armed Security Guard license required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver's License required.
