The Lead Guard may mentor officers and coordinate with SSC leadership during incidents and emergencies. The position requires maintaining licenses, ensuring staffing, and upholding SSC policies while delivering strong customer service and vigilant

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must possess state security licenses and registrations as required.
• Armed Lead Guards: valid firearm permit and firearms training as per SSC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site security officers and ensure post staffing per Post Orders.
• Coordinate with SSC SOC and management during incidents.
• Review incident reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior officers.
• Escalate significant issues to SSC management when needed.
