Job summary

Strategic Security (SSC) is seeking an Unarmed Security Supervisor to patrol designated sites, monitor CCTV and alarms, and oversee fellow guards. You will ensure access control, safety, and professional conduct while delivering excellent service to customers and staff.

You will also participate in SSC's G.E.T. program, greet and engage visitors, assess threats, and coordinate with management on incident response and reporting. This role requires strong communication and situational awareness.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a State licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Pass and possess a State Licensed Unarmed Security Guard Card / License if required by your State / City / Locality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct unarmed foot patrol in retail/foodservice environments and provide superior service to customers and employees.
• Prepare reports, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, control access and egress.
• Oversee other guards and training; ensure barcode placement and site visits.
• Respond to incidents, liaise with local law enforcement, and maintain safe, professional site conditions.
• Support G.E.T. principals: Greet, Engage and Thank visitors and customers.
