Absolute International Security in Pacoima, California, seeks an armed security guard with driving duties to protect clients, employees, and property. The role requires vigilance, a professional appearance, and the ability to operate patrol vehicles.

Qualificações

• Must be 26 years old or older for driving positions.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and client requirements.
• Ability to pass MVR driving requirements for driving positions.

• Ability to write clear and accurate reports.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Comfortable working outdoors, including varied weather conditions.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Must maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to company grooming and uniform standards.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a visible deterrent to prevent rule violations, unsafe behavior, or criminal activity
• Perform armed driving patrols of the assigned area including municipal facilities and surrounding areas
• Monitor entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles
• Control access points and maintain visitor/vendor logs
• Observe and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or policy violations
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation
• Communicate effectively over radio, phone, or in person with supervisors, dispatchers, and clients
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and disturbances
• Assist in evacuations and emergency procedures as required
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed
• Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all times
• Maintain authorized less-than-lethal equipment in compliance with company standards
• Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment for all
• Ability to drive a company patrol vehicle in a safe and defensive manner for driving positions
• Follow post orders, site protocols, and all relevant company procedures

Available Job Schedules:

• Tuesday: Day Shift (06:00 - 14:00) + Thursday - Friday: Grave Shift (23:00 - 07:00) + Saturday: Grave Shift (22:00 - 06:00)

Job Overview

Absolute International Security is seeking highly professional security guards responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, visitors, and property. This role requires a customer-service focused demeanor, a neat and tidy appearance, along with the ability to perform regular patrols, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and provide a visible security presence.
