Qualifications

• Ability to pass MVR driving requirements for driving positions.
• Ability to write clear and accurate reports.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as a visible deterrent to prevent rule violations, unsafe behavior, or criminal activity.
• Perform thorough routine driving patrols of the assigned area including maintenance equipment storage yards.
• Monitor entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Control access points and maintain visitor/vendor logs.
• Observe and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or policy violations.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, and clients.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and disturbances.
• Assist in evacuations and emergency procedures as required.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance.
• Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a secure environment.

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $19.67

Available Job Shifts

• Saturday - Sunday: Day Shift (07:00 - 15:00)
• Thursday: Swing Shift (15:00 - 23:00) + Friday: Swing Shift (14:00 - 23:00) + Saturday - Sunday: Grave Shift (23:00 - 07:00)
• Monday - Friday: Grave Shift (23:00 - 07:00)

Job Overview

Absolute International Security is seeking highly professional security guards responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, visitors, and property. • Perform thorough routine driving patrols of the assigned area including of maintainence equipment storage yards
• Monitor entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles
• Control access points and maintain visitor/vendor logs
• Observe and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or policy violations
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation
• Communicate effectively over radio, phone, or in person with supervisors, dispatchers, and clients
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and disturbances
• Assist in evacuations and emergency procedures as required
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed
• Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all times
• Maintain authorized less-than-letahal equipment in compliance with company standards
• Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment for all
• Ability to drive a company patrol vehicle in a safe and defensive manner for driving positions
• Follow post orders, site protocols, and all relevant company procedures

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 26 years old for driving positions
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and additional client requirements
• Ability to pass MVR driving requirements for driving positions
• Strong verbal communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to write clear and accurate reports
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required
• Comfortable working outdoors, including during varied weather conditions
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be dependable, committed to ethical conduct, and acts with integrity
• Must maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to company grooming and uniform standards

License & Certification Requirements

• Valid Government ID
• Valid Driver's License
• CPR/First Aid/AED Certification
• Pepper Spray Certification

Additional Preferred Skills

• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Security Guard Training Certificates preferred
• De-escalation and conflict management skills
