Absolute International Security is seeking an Armed Security Guard in Southern California. You will patrol and monitor access points, respond to incidents, and provide a visible security presence to protect clients, employees, and property.

The position requires a neat appearance, strong customer service, and the ability to write clear reports. This is a part-time, non-exempt role with weekly pay and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a visible deterrent to prevent rule violations and potential threats.
• Perform armed patrols of the assigned area including parking lots.
• Monitor entrances and logs; control access points and visitor logs.
• Prepare clear incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, and clients.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies; assist in evacuations.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed.
