Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Guard Full Time Elite Patrol Driver in Dallas, TX to protect clients across multiple industries. You will perform routine armed patrols, maintain a visible presence, and respond to incidents with professionalism in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to store personnel, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting appropriate responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, receiving docks, parking areas, perimeter, and other designated spaces.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, theft-related concerns, unauthorized access, and policy violations; document observations and report incidents to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
• Maintain readiness of assigned equipment, complete required reports, and interact professionally with law enforcement, emergency personnel, employees, and members of the public.

As a Armed Security Guard Full Time Elite Patrol Driver in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to situations with professionalism. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license and Level III Armed Certification. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and represent Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture through teamwork.

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or 5+ years of armed security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
