Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver in Clinton, TN for a part-time role. You will provide security services, perform armed patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering excellent customer service in a government utility setting.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, background check, and ability to lift 20+ pounds. Flexible schedule with day and night shifts, and opportunities for career growth within a leading security

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors at a government utility location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, grounds, perimeter areas, access points, and critical infrastructure locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or authorizations, and report unusual conditions or access concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and emergency response protocols.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining professional communication with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
