Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Guard Driver in Magna, UT to safeguard clients across aerospace/defense locations. You will perform armed patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents while maintaining a visible, professional presence in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, armed guard credentials preferred, and a High School diploma or equivalent. Full-time schedule with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license per policy.
• Armed guard card or license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Handcuffing certification preferred.
• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while adhering to site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following protocols.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of facilities and perimeter areas.
• Monitor restricted access points, verify credentials, and document visitor activity.
• Report observations and shift activity to leadership and site contacts.
