Qualifications

• At least 1 year of armed security-, law enforcement-, or military-related experience.
• Valid driver's license is required for driving positions.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Pepper spray certification preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while following site policies and emergency procedures at government facilities.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, professional manner and coordinate with public agencies as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of government buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter zones.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and report unusual activity or policy violations.
• Prepare clear incident reports, patrol logs, and required documentation per procedures.
