Qualifications

• At least 1 year armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required per company policy.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may apply prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving roles only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeters; report observations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Control access to restricted areas by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor records.
• Carry issued equipment in compliance with laws, policies, and post orders.
