You will monitor security systems, coordinate officer responses, and maintain clear communications with residents, staff, and emergency services.

The role requires Florida Class D and G licenses, a clean background, and the ability to work 32–40 hours weekly on first and second shifts (0700–1500 and 1500–2300).
