Qualifications

• Must have valid Florida Class D and G security licenses.
• 21 years of age or older and able to pass background checks.
• Able to pass a drug screen and mental health assessment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct armed foot and vehicle patrols and monitor entrances/exits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems for constant site awareness.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents on property.
• Verify guest/vendor credentials and control access.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain logs.
• Provide courteous, high-level customer service to residents and guests.
• Act as a visible deterrent while ensuring security and safety.
