Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
