Qualifications

Ability to pass background, drug screen, medical and psychological screenings.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Provide security services with professionalism, fairness, and compassion.
Maintain professional appearance and comply with safety rules and training.
Patrol interior and exterior areas, identify hazards, and respond to incidents.
Prevent and respond to workplace violence; handle combative or threatening individuals.
De-escalate situations; may use force if necessary with trained protocols.
Plan and respond to emergencies; protect patients, visitors, and staff.
Investigate incidents; document and escalate as needed.
Liaise with other departments and law enforcement as required.
Deliver security awareness education to staff and patients.
