Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a financial institution while following site policies.
• Conduct armed patrols of the facility, entry points, parking, ATM areas and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents calmly and according to procedures and laws.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for staff, visitors, and deliveries.
• Prepare clear reports on patrols, incidents, and observations.
