Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas to identify unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry as directed by procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately in required logs and reports.
