Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or contact police/fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions (loitering, smoking, restricted items).
• Permit entry for authorized persons and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe and protect company property and ensure proper removal per client rules.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports; maintain logs as required.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors politely and professionally.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site orders.
