About Us:

We are currently hiring Armed Patrol Guards to help maintain safety and deter crime across the communities we serve.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols of assigned properties
2. Observe, report, and respond to suspicious or unsafe situations
3. Maintain a visible and professional security presence
4. Engage with residents, staff, and trespassers in a firm but professional manner
5. Complete clear and accurate daily reports and incident documentation
6. Adapt to dynamic, occasionally unpredictable environments
7. Follow company procedures and client-specific post orders

Requirements:

• Previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement preferred
• Must own or have access to a duty-ready semi-automatic firearm
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and alert under pressure
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong observation and report-writing skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (patrol vehicle provided for work duties)
• Ability to pass a background check; no felony convictions or disqualifying offenses
