Allied Universal is seeking an Elite Security Officer for the afternoon shift in Killeen, TX. This full-time position involves armed patrols, customer service, and strict adherence to site policies to protect clients and assets.

Responsibilities include regular patrols, monitoring access points, and documenting incidents. A Level III Armed Certification in Texas and a valid driver’s license are required, along with a minimum years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or at least 5 years of armed security experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license where required by policy.
• Must possess a Texas Level III Armed Certification.
• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background checks and drug screening will be conducted as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store associates by carrying out security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and coordinate with leadership and emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols in retail areas, parking lots, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious behavior and policy violations.
• Complete accurate incident and patrol reports per site procedures.
