Job summary

Allied Universal in Midland, TX is seeking an Elite Security Officer to perform armed security duties on-site. The role involves patrols, access control, and incident reporting with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Level III Armed Security License or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years armed security or 3 years in law enforcement/corrections/military.
• Be at least 21 years old and able to work flexible shifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct armed and/or unarmed patrols by foot or vehicle.
• Monitor access points, CCTV, alarms and respond to incidents.
• Prepare clear reports and logs of activities and incidents.
• Provide courteous assistance to customers, employees, and visitors.
• Enforce site rules and notify authorities when required.
• Maintain equipment readiness and post orders compliance.
