Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, visitors, and the public while following security procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, and access points at a government location.
• Monitor activity and report security concerns, hazards, and suspicious activity according to site procedures.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and disturbances per established protocols.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation.
