Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Armed Patrol Driver in Miami, FL to safeguard clients across government and related facilities. The role focuses on armed patrols, prompt incident response, and professional communication with staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Possess a corrections officer license or related certificates.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and the public at a government location.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and verify authorized entry.
• Prepare clear reports of incidents, patrols, and observations.
