Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• DD214 or Police/Corrections Academy certificate preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Armed guard card or license preferred.
• Must be 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors and staff while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms per protocols and notify authorities.
• Monitor restricted access points and assist with visitor management.
• Maintain incident reports and logs, handle equipment per policy.
