Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Military Police, Corrections Officer, armed security, or Certified Law Enforcement Graduate experience.
• Armed Guard Card or License.
• Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and agency personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of government facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Operate communications equipment, monitor access points, and document patrols and incidents in required reports.
• Carry and handle assigned equipment in accordance with laws, training, site policies, and procedures.
