Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, seeks a full-time Armed Mobile Response Driver in Jacksonville, FL. You will protect clients across utilities and critical infrastructure, performing armed patrols and monitoring access to deter unauthorized activity.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, preparing reports, and maintaining professional communication with site contacts and responders. A valid armed guard card and driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year armed security or related experience.
• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• Valid driver's license required per policy.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Subject to background investigation by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a utility location.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of facilities, parking, and access points to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor restricted areas, verify authorization, and report concerns per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms, coordinating with responders and site contacts.
