Job summary

TriCorps is seeking an Armed Level III Security Officer to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The role requires a valid Texas PSB Level III license (Armed Security Officer) and a professional approach to protecting employees and property.

Full-time and part-time shifts are available across days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid vacation and sick days. Reports to Stephan Vetta, with multiple shift options in the San Antonio area.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid TX PSB Level III license (Armed Security Officer).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to client properties, ensuring only authorized entry.
• Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors with professionalism.
• Enforce site rules and procedures to ensure safety of personnel and facilities.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or security incidents, coordinating with management or authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify risks and address safety concerns.
• Prepare accurate daily activity, incident, and observation reports.
• Support management and client directives to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
