Job summary

Culpepper & Associates Security Services in San Antonio, TX is hiring immediately for armed Level III Security Officers to provide high-visibility protection for parking lots and surrounding areas. Must hold Texas PSB Level III Armed Security License and a valid Texas driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Active Texas PSB Level III Armed Security License (required)
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times
• Strong judgment, communication skills, and situational awareness
• Ability to meet requirements for work in secure government environments

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of parking lots and surrounding areas
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft, vandalism, loitering, and criminal activity
• Observe and identify suspicious behavior and safety hazards
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and security incidents
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary
