Premier Protective Security (PPS) seeks armed level 3 commissioned guards in San Antonio, TX, to provide vigilant, professional security services overnight. Candidates must hold a Texas armed Level 3 license, have a clean driver’s license, and be able to perform extended patrols while carrying a personal firearm.

Qualifications

Must currently be licensed as an Armed Level 3 Security Guard in Texas.

Must have a clean Driver's License and insurance.

Must be able to stand and walk foot patrol for long periods of time.

Must own a personal firearm to carry on the job.

Salary: $18.25 an hour

Shift is Overnight (6pm - 6am)

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience (experience required only for Armed Roles)
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Premier Protective Security will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

All offers are contingent upon the following:

• Ability to obtain security certification according to the State of TX
• Ability to pass drug screen
• Ability to pass background check
• E-Verification Approval
• Completion of on-boarding process
• Approval and interview with assigned site manager

Failure to meet any one of the above requirements will disqualify the candidate from the above conditional offer, including the completion of on-the-job training and all other site-specific training.
