Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Active DoD Confidential Clearance is required.
• 3+ years of experience as a military police officer, corrections officer, or armed security professional, or as a certified law enforcement graduate.
• 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience.
• Armed Guard Card/License is required.
• 5+ years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor front desk access by greeting visitors, verifying IDs, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining records.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations and follow reporting procedures.
• Monitor front-desk activity and entry points to deter unauthorized access and support operations at the government location.
• Answer calls, provide information, and direct visitors to appropriate offices.
