This full-time role requires 3+ years of security or related experience, an armed guard card, and at least a high school diploma; 21+ for armed positions, and compliance with background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• 1+ years of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Possess a college degree.
• Have 5+ years of security-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors and employees at a government facility following site procedures.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and access authorization, and maintain visitor logs.
• Monitor entry activity, respond to access-control concerns, and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner following emergency procedures.
• Assist with administrative front-desk duties, including answering phones and directing site personnel.
