Qualifications

• Possess at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security-related supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience.
• Armed Guard Card/License is required.
• College degree is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public by performing access control and following site policies.
• Monitor entrances/exits and verify credentials to control access per procedures.
• Maintain visitor, contractor, and vehicle access records and report discrepancies.
• Respond calmly to access-related incidents following site protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols and report unusual activity or hazards.
