Premier Protective Security, Inc. is seeking an Armed Security Officer (Flex) for the Little Rock, AR area. The role requires prior armed security experience, owning a personal firearm, and strong customer service.

A clean driver's license and ability to walk/stand for long periods are also required. The position offers a FLEX schedule with biweekly pay and opportunities within a growing security organization. Pay is $18.50 per hour (non-negotiable).

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience (experience required only for Armed Roles).
Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws; criminal histories considered per applicable laws.
Drug screening as permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Provide customer service and maintain safety procedures for clients.

Salary: $18.50 an hr. (non-negotiable)

Must have prior Armed Security experience

Must have your own personal firearm to carry on the jobsite: (semi-auto)(2 mags)(9mm,40 cal,45cal)

Must have Customer Service experience, ability to navigate phone apps, and write reports

Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time

Must have a clean Driver's license

This is a FLEX shift with no set schedule

Qualifications

The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively safeguarding the premises, including, at times, patrolling a variety of locations.
