Premier Protective Security in Dallas, Texas seeks a Field Supervisor Security Officer. The role requires an armed Level 3 license, 2 years of armed/unarmed security experience, and customer-service background. You must provide your own firearm and meet background and drug-screen requirements.

Responsibilities

• The Security Officer maintains a safe environment by patrolling multiple locations.
• Preserves order and enforces site regulations for personnel, visitors, and area.
• Demonstrates integrity and creates an open forum for employees and customers to report improprieties.
• Vigilance in observing and evaluating potential risks or incidents on the premises.
• Attentive and proactive in noticing details that others may miss.
• Supports clients by safeguarding premises and assisting customers as needed.

• Years Unarmed/Armed Security Officer Experience Required: 2 years.
• Must have Customer Service experience

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age for ARMED roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience (experience required only for ARMED Roles)
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Premier Protective Security will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
