Job summary

Premier Protective Security (PPS) is hiring an Armed Security Guard for our Little Rock, AR site. The role requires prior armed security experience, owning a personal firearm, and strong customer service with report writing abilities. A clean driver's license is required along with state/local licensing as applicable.

This FLEX shift offers a non-negotiable hourly rate and biweekly pay. We value integrity, obligation to safety, and a proactive approach to protecting clients and property.

Qualifications

• Must have prior Armed Security experience.
• Must have own personal firearm (semi-auto) with 2 mags.
• Must have customer service experience and ability to write reports.
• Must have a clean driver's license.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor premises to ensure safety and security.
• Enforce regulations and directives for client site personnel and visitors.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and customers.
• Remain vigilant and act to identify and address risks or incidents.
• Maintain integrity and open communication with clients and team.
