Responsibilities include screening visitors, patrolling, responding to emergencies, and providing professional customer service while upholding strict security standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
• Background check and drug screen required by law and policy.
• Minimum 2 years driving experience.
• 1 year of law enforcement, military police, or active-duty military experience preferred.
• 21+ years old and able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor access to facilities and authorized areas.
• Verify credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Monitor entry/exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
• Manage visitor access per facility procedures and customer requirements.
• Maintain visible security presence to deter incidents and violations.
• Conduct routine patrols and report suspicious activity.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents per procedures.
• Enforce facility rules and security requirements.
• Maintain awareness and report safety or security concerns.
• Provide courteous customer service while maintaining security.
