Qualifications

• Experience in security supervision, preferably in armed contexts.
• Ability to supervise shifts and coordinate emergency operations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure GardaWorld core values are integrated into emergency practices.
• Supervise day-to-day security services to maintain high tactical/operational standards.
• Lead tactical emergency response operations and coordinate drills and incidents.
• Assist in staffing schedules, payroll, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate incident logs, post orders, and documentation.
• Develop professional relationships with clients and employees as the liaison for security issues.
• Train, develop, and coach staff to ensure readiness and safety adherence.
• Promote a zero-incident safety culture and manage HazMat handling as needed.
• Review schedules to improve operations, readiness, and cost efficiency.
• Respond to emergencies with timely reporting and communication.
• Provide coaching and performance development to supervised staff.
