Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer – Part Time Armed Driver Patrol in Fairfax, VA. This role offers reliable, fixed shifts with opportunities to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $21.74 per hour, with a day schedule from 10:00 AM to 03:30 PM. Candidates should have at least 2 years security experience, a valid armed guard card, and a Virginia DCJS license, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Valid armed guard card or license.
• Must be 21 years or older and hold Virginia DCJS license.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions.
• Background check and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct armed patrols at healthcare facilities and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor and staff procedures.
• Document incidents and communicate with site leadership and responders.
