Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security experience (or a college degree).
• Armed guard card or license required.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and carry out site-specific security procedures.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service and alarms.
• Monitor dispatch activity logs and incident details; maintain accuracy.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate per procedures.
• Coordinate with site personnel, responders, and leadership for timely response.
