Job summary

Walden Security is seeking experienced Court Security Officers for armed security at courthouses under the USMS contract in Tulsa, OK. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered after 90 days of approved employment and working on the contract.

Responsibilities include entrance control, roving patrols, stationary posts, and escort duties to protect court personnel and the public. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and prior law enforcement experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of verifiable law enforcement officer experience or military equivalent with general arrest authority.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record in past 5 years.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform entrance control and enforce the District’s entry/ID system using screening equipment.
• Roaming patrol of court facilities and grounds.
• Stationary post assignments including monitoring CCTV and security systems.
• Provide armed escort services for judges, court personnel, and others as directed.
• Direct traffic and control parking and pedestrian movement around court facilities.
